FUNDAMENTAL FREQUENCY
An immersive introduction to the ancient modality of sound healing
Sunday 5th May 09:30-17:30
Calling all holistic practitioners, facilitators and the sonically curious! Sound Healing is really having its moment right now and rightfully so. Sound healing is a modality which deserves the utmost respect and reverence for the cultures from which it has originated, and the understanding of how to share sound safely. As instruments begin to find their way into wellness studios and our own homes, how can you ensure that you are sharing sound with intention, respect and awareness of those receiving the magical frequencies and vibration. Fundamental frequency is a day long immersion with Laura, sound healing practitioner and mentor, introducing you to the world of frequency and vibration. You will learn about the history of sound healing, receive an introduction into the scientific influence sound has on the brain and nervous system, as well as exploring the effects on the energetic body. Then of course, practical play time with sound instruments! You will leave feeling full of knowledge (and likely inspired to learn more!) and with practical sound techniques which you can begin to use and share safely with others. Please note: This isn’t a sound healing practitioner training, you won’t be qualified to hold 1:1 or group sessions after this day, but is an introduction to the world of frequency and vibration. £150pp |
