Class Descriptions
Beginners Yoga
Does what it says on the tin. If you're new to yoga or its been a while, this is a great class to test the waters and get into the swing of things.
Gentle Flow
Ease into your day with this gentle flowing sequence. Great for beginners and those who need to be a little kinder to their bodies
Introduction to Ashtanga
For those beginning their Ashtanga journey. This class will gradually build suppleness, mindfulness, balance and strength to complete the whole 72 posture primary series of Ashtanga
Lunchtime Flow
Reinvigorate your working day with 45min of flow and moving your bod
Pilates
Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility.
Pregnancy Yoga
For all stages of pregnancy. A specially adapted yoga class which is interwoven with childbirth preparation and hypno-breathing techniques. These classes are nurturing and supportive to each individual experience of pregnancy and birth. As well as to help create a community of mum's to be with time for a chat over a herbal tea.
Restorative Yoga
Indulge in all the subtleties yoga has to offer and use ALL the props. Allow your body to melt into passive poses that wash away stress and strains.
Soothe & Sound
30 minutes of gentle yoga designed to release tension, suitable for all. Followed by 30 minutes Crystal singing bowl, Sound Bath. The perfect midweek reset.
Wake Up Flow
An energising morning flow married with simple pranayama techniques. Readying you for the day!
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a style of Yoga with longer holds (2-4 minutes) in often seated or reclined poses, in order to open up for deeper releases within the tissues as well as to open up space within the mental and emotional body. Yin has a meditative approach, often in combination with Breathing techniques or Kriyas, to also enhance subtle body awareness as well as ease.
Yoga Flow
Want a bit more than gentle but not ready for or feeling power? Then this is the class for you. A flowing sequence of asana's working with breath.
Yoga for Adults with Additional Needs
This class is held in partnership with MenCap. Please get in touch if you or someone you know would like to come along
