14th January 9-10am I trained in Vinyasa Yoga and have been deeply fascinated by Tantric philosophy. I am passionate about movement and nature and am fascinated by the way yoga allows to integrate mind, body and energy into a state of balance and awareness. I love how the effects of the practice ripple through everyday life and relationships- which are also (if not the main!) practice grounds for the philosophy of yoga. I love creating a warm and welcoming space where people are free to come as they are and hope to share some of the ancient practices in an accessible way. My teaching style involves a dynamic flow, inviting playfulness and intuitive movement. I encourage students to listen to their bodies and intuition whilst having a go at challenging their perspectives and patterns. |

11th Febuary 9-10am As a teacher I strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all students. Everything in my classes is invitational, I invite students to take what they need, leaving what they don’t. My passion lies with restorative yoga as it is a practice of passive healing that I believe everyone can access and benefit from. However, I also enjoy teaching creative flow classes, incorporating a playful element to my teaching allowing students to explore movement in a relaxed environment. |

14th April 9-10am My yoga journey in one sentence- I came for a good vibes retreat, self-optimisation & healing, 8 years on, I am here for ego-shattering, self-transcending path of life. The yoga I share is rooted in re-awakening our connected, ecological selves, re-learning to trust our bodies & our inner knowing as well as embodying the qualities we wish to see in this world. I draw my inspiration from myth and natural cycles often weaving seasonal themes into my classes, creating space for people to feel more deeply and develop an intuitive practice that can meet them through life’s ebbs & flows. I have studied with many wise & wonderful teachers including Amanda Ataou, Steph Wall, Bridget Kramer & Bristol Yoga Roots Project |
